Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response to the order dated 11.8.2014, he has already served a copy of the writ petition alongwith necessary records to Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. However, her name is not shown in the cause list.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that till today no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent.

As a last opportunity, three weeks' and no more time is granted to the counsel for respondent to file counter affidavit in the matter. One week thereafer is granted to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.

List after four weeks showing the name of Ms. Archana Singh, as counsel for the respondent.

Counsel for the petitioner will inform in writing about this order to Ms. Archana Singh, counsel for the respondent within 24 hours.
