By the present  contempt application a prayer has been made to punish the opposite party for willful  disobedience of the order 13.9.2013 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 38278 of 2004 (Ajit Pratap Singh and others vs. State of U.P. and others) as well as order dated 23.12.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 16109 of 2005 (Smt. Sneh Lata Tiwari vs. State of U.P. and another).  It is stated that some of the petitioners have filed Contempt Application (Civil) No. 302 of 2014 (Ajit Pratap Singh and 56 others vs. Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh, Director S.C.E.R.T. and another) in which notices have been issued to the opposite parties.
