Sri M.N. Singh has put in appearance on behalf of the sole opposite party. He states that the order has been complied with and the affidavit of compliance is under preparation.

In view of the aforesaid statement, though the officer has not filed an affidavit of compliance, list on 15th April, 2013 so that the affidavit of compliance may be filed. In case, the affidavit of compliance is not filed within the said period, the opposite party shall appear before the Court on 15th April, 2013.

When the application is next listed, the name of Sri M.N. Singh shall also be shown as counsel for the opposite party.
