Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This is a petition for a direction upon the respondent No.1, Civil Judge (Junior Division) City, Jaunpur to decide Original Suit No.1269 of 2003 (Talukdar and others Vs. Kalpnath and others) within a time bound period.

In view of the general mandamus of the Division Bench of this court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge, Jaunpur and others (1997) 3 UPLBEC 1677 and looking to the fact that the suit is of the year 2003, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to decide the same in accordance with the law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
