It is shocking that despite several orders being passed by this Court for the payment of house rent allowance to the Constables in case if they are entitled still the Constables are approaching this Court for the direction for the payment of house rent allowance.

Sri Pankaj Rai, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, states that he may be allowed a week's time to seek instruction in the matter.
