By the order dated 17.7.2012 Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.U.Khan has made a very serious observation against the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Basti and asked Sri V.K. Bajpai, Deputy Director of Consolidation to file personal affidavit.

In view of the above, it would be appropriate that the present matter may be listed before him.
