Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Tax Collector in Nagar Palika Parishad on temporary basis on 30.8.1989 and thereafter his services were terminated on 12.4.1991. His further submission is that the petitioner challenged his termination order before this Court and an interim order was granted in his favour . Submission is that on the basis of interim order, the petitioner is continuing in services and during the continuance of the interim order he was regularized. Submission is that regular pay scale of the post of Tax Collector is not being given to the petitioner. He prays that liberty may be given to the petitioner to move a representation in this regard before the opposite parties.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is permitted to move representation within a period of one month from today and thereafter opposite parties may consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months. List after three months.
