Supplementary Affidavit on behalf of the petitioners has been filed today.
After some arguments, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will pursue alternative remedy available to them under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short " the Securitisation Act"), and the petitioners want to withdraw the present Writ Petition, and therefore, the present Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to pursue the alternative remedy available to them under law.
In view of the statement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to pursue the alternative remedy as may be available to them under law, if they are so advised.
