Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused record.

The applicant is aged about 62 years. The prosecutrix has also attained majority and she is a married lady.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Suresh Soni be released on bail subject to furnishing of two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in case crime No.822/2010 under Section 376/323/506 IPC, PS Thakurganj, District Lucknow.
