On the matter being taken up today, Sri Vijay Gautam, Advocate accepted this position that as on date the transfer in question has been affected as per the policy provided for, and as per the judgment of Full Bench of this court in the case of Vinod Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and others 2010 (7) ADJ 135. It has been informed that against the Full Bench judgment of this Court, special leave petition no. 26933 of 2010 has been filed wherein Hon'ble Apex Court has issued notice returnable within next eight weeks.

Request has been made that this matter be listed after decision of the special leave petition no. 26933 of 2010.

Request made is accepted.
