Harsit Dixit vs State Of U.P. And Others
2011 Latest Caselaw 3439 ALL

Citation : 2011 Latest Caselaw 3439 ALL
Judgement Date : 3 August, 2011

Allahabad High Court
Harsit Dixit vs State Of U.P. And Others on 3 August, 2011
Bench: Sudhir Agarwal

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

?Court No. - 21

Case :- WRIT - C No. - 53809 of 2006

Petitioner :- Harsit Dixit

Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Others

Petitioner Counsel :- Sanjay Kumar Rai,Ashok Kumar Rai

Respondent Counsel :- C.S.C.

Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.

List revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, I perused the record.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought following relief:

" i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to produce the answer book of English first paper and math second paper of the petitioner having Roll No. 0813380 of High  School Examination-2006 conducted by the respondent no.2 before the court and revaluate the same and accordingly declare the marks/ result forthwith;

ii) any other writ, order or direction in the nature as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case;

iii) award costs of the writ petition to the petitioner."

It appears that by efflux of time, this writ petition has rendered infructuous. Even otherwise, having gone through record, I find no good ground warranting interference at this stage under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Order Date :- 3.8.2011

Abhishek Sri.
