It is very strange that neither learned counsel for the petitioner-employer nor the learned counsel for the workman respondent no.1 is aware as to whether pursuant to the interim order dated 16.02.2001 respondent no.1 has been taken back in service or not. It cannot be said to be satisfactory preparation of the case.
List on 22.04.2011 in top ten cases. On the next date position of joining of respondent no. 1 shall be intimated to the Court. If respondent no. 1 wants to file any counter affidavit, the same may also be filed by the next date.
