They states that out of this bunch many appeals have been filed by the NOIDA and many appeals have been filed by the claimants. A list of these appeals have been given to Sri A.B. Saran, Deputy Registrar (Listing). They further states that out of these appeal, First Appeal No.228 of 2004 filed by NOIDA arises out of an appeal filed against a case in LAR No.132 1996. This was the leading case there. Office will make this case as leading case and rest of the appeals filed by the NOIDA as well as by the claimants would be connected with it. On the next date, these cases may be listed for orders along with office report whether the Court Fees in the appeal filed by the claimants have been paid and whether the paper books in the cases have been filed.
