About the Opportunity

Masilamani Law Partners is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate to join its litigation practice in Noida.

• Full-time, office-based role (no remote/WFH)
• Experience: Fresh graduates / Junior Associates
• Interviews: In-person at office only

Area of Practice

• Consumer Litigation
• Civil Litigation
• Real Estate Litigation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Court appearances and hearing assistance
• Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and legal documents
• Legal research and case management
• Liaison with courts, clients, and internal teams

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Demonstrated interest in litigation
• Ability to manage multiple matters and adhere to timelines
