AKMD Legal is a law firm located at Gurgaon. The firm has a blend of Litigation and Corporate business. The firm’s practice is primarily before the Supreme Court, High Court’s, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.The Firm’s area of practice includes Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Civil and Criminal Law.

The following positions are presently available at our office:

• Two full-time Junior Advocates.
• Position open for Advocates with prior experience in litigation.

Nature of work

Legal research

Drafting Appeals and Writ Petitions

Supervising filing of cases by clerks before the Courts

Assistance in hearing before Courts and Tribunals

Two three-month (minimum) Internships Internship open to law students in their fourth year and above and will be available from January 2019

Skill(s) required:

Research, Drafting, Presentation, Article Writing for Journals/Blogs, English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)

Remuneration/Stipend

Salary for Junior Advocates as per market standard and commensurate with experience and qualification.

Stipend for Interns Rs.5000/- per month
