Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Legal Intern at Legal Draftsmen in Mumbai. As a Legal Intern, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documents, with a particular focus on the Transfer of Property Act and the Hindu Succession Act. You will be assisting in the preparation of legal drafts and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an LLB (1st/2nd Year Students in a 3-year Degree Course) (3/4th Year Students in a 5-year Degree Course)
• Strong research and legal writing/drafting skills, particularly in the areas of property and succession law.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex legal matters.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of legal drafting and legal procedures related to the Transfer of Property Act and Hindu Succession Act.
• Previous internship or exposure to legal drafting is mandatory.

Duration

Minimum 3 months which is subject to extension.
