About the Internship

They are seeking a motivated law student to join our firm as a Legal Intern for an unpaid internship opportunity.

This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on various matters including civil, criminal, and corporate law.
• Draft legal documents, notices, petitions, and correspondence.
• Assist senior advocates in case preparation and court filings.
• Maintain case files and legal databases.
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings.
• Prepare case summaries and legal memoranda.
• Review and analyze relevant statutes, case laws, and legal precedents.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal drafting.
• Knowledge of Indian legal procedures and court systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

3 – 6 Months.
