About the Internship

HT Legal is inviting applications for 2 long-term interns and 3 short-term interns to join our Delhi team.

This is an excellent opportunity for law students eager to gain hands-on experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and related corporate legal processes.

Areas of Exposure: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), Liquidation Proceedings, Company Law Matters, Personal Insolvency, Real Estate & Homebuyer-related IBC Cases, Other processes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

Stipend

Performance-based.
