School of Law, Ansal University is a beacon for the law community in the field of research and analysis. We always strive for excellence par expectation and remain an unmatched pinnacle of student-led endeavours.

The School proudly announces an International Case Analysis Competition on the famous “Sabrimala Judgment” cited as Indian Young Lawyers Association & Ors Vs. The State of Kerala & Ors.

Eligibility

We welcome students, practitioners, academicians and jurists from across the globe to participate and with the spirit of true democracy, critically analyse the judgement given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Theme

“Sabrimala Judgment” cited as Indian Young Lawyers Association & Ors Vs. The State of Kerala & Ors.

Prizes

The winner shall be awarded a cash prize of 3000 INR and the runner-up will be awarded a cash prize of 2000 INR.

Results to be announced on 10th May 2019.

How to submit

The last date of submission is 3rd May 06:00 PM. All submissions shall be sent to sol[at]ansaluniversity.edu.in.

How to register

There will be NO PARTICIPATION FEE charged from any participant.

Important instructions

  • The minimum word requirement is 7500 words. Times New Roman Size 12 with 1.5 Line Spacing shall be the font to be used.
  • Each team shall comprise of a single participant.
  • Both the winner and the runner-up will get a free Legal Course from Law Learners on Enforcement of our Fundamental Rights.
  • The results shall be announced on 30th April.
