About the Organisation

Lloyd Law College is a law school in India. The institution is located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It offers five years integrated course in B.A LL.B and 3 years LL.B course with specialisation in different areas of law.

About the Competition

Lloyd Law College in association with GAIL is organising the LLOYD LAW COLLEGE National Debate – 2019. This the Fifth Central awareness week under which GAIL in association with Lloyd Law College is organizing Debate and Elocution Competition.

THEME: “INTEGRITY A WAY OF LIFE”

Date

The competition will be held on 5th November 2018, Starts Sharply at 9 AM.

Who may Participate?

The competition is open for students pursuing any Undergraduate degree courses or Postgraduate degree courses in any recognized University/College.

Language

The competition will be conducted in English and Hindi.

Composition and Structure

The competition is for individual participation and will be judged on an individual basis. Each participant shall have 3 minutes (5 minutes in case of elocution) to put forward their opinion and content.

30 seconds extra time will be provided if needed. (Subject to Discretion of Judges)

Awards (Separately in both English and Hindi language)

  • The Winner will receive a cash prize worth Rs. 5,000/-
  • The Runner-Up will receive a cash prize worth Rs. 3,000/-
  • Second Runner-Up will receive a cash prize worth Rs. 2,000/-

Submission Registration Application Details

Individual must register by 3rd November 2019 and mailed scan copy of the registration form should be sent at constitutionclub[@]lloydlawcollege.edu.in before 5:00 P.M.

Accommodation, Food and Transportation

Participants shall arrange their own accommodation and transportation, should any assistance be required, feel free to contact the organizing committee. High tea will be provided to all participants on the date of competition.
