ANHAD – A discussion forum of NMIMS School of Law which is a student-initiated discussion forum which aims to provide a forum for inclusive discussions on various issues.
NMIMS School of Law, ANHAD, Mumbai is organising a Session on Transformative Constitution by Mr. Gautam Bhatia. Mr. Bhatia will be delivering a lecture on the topic ‘Transformative Constitution’.
Mr. Bhatia is a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India. He studied at Oxford University on a Rhodes scholarship and holds a degree from Yale University, appeared along with Senior Advocate Arvind Datar for one of the parties opposing the Aadhaar scheme in the Supreme Court challenge. His blog on Constitution – IndConLawPhil – is hugely popular with students and lawyers alike. He has also authored “Offend, Shock or Disturb: Free Speech under the Indian Constitution.”
