Samvidhan Mahotsav 2025 is a national cultural-constitutional celebration Organised by the Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR), Naovina Development of Intellectual Property and Research Foundation in association with the Indian Centre for Child and Human Rights (ICCHR) and Amazon Kindle, on the historic occasion of the 76th Constitution Day of India.
Marking 75 years of the Living Constitution, this Mahotsav is dedicated to honoring the spirit, resilience and transformative power of the Constitution of India as a living document that evolves with the people, their struggles, aspirations, identities and movements. It celebrates the everyday journeys through which “We, The People of India” continue to shape, strengthen, and expand the meaning of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.
The Mahotsav serves not merely as a commemorative event but as a citizens’ cultural dialogue, a collective reflection through Poetry, Prose, and Art, capturing the voices of students, scholars, artists, activists, and everyday citizens from across India and beyond.

Submission Instructions
We invite original submissions in Poetry, Prose (Essays & Short Stories) and Painting / Digital Art reflecting the central theme, “75 Years of the Living Constitution”.
Participants from all backgrounds, academic disciplines and regions are welcome to contribute. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
Submission Deadline: 22nd November, 2025
Please ensure that you have read the respective guidelines for Poetry, Prose and Painting before submitting. Only entries following the specified format will be considered for review.
