Publishing Guidelines

  • Manuscripts meeting the quality and standards of Nyaya Drishti will undergo review.
  • The submitted manuscript should be original.
  • The manuscript should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere and has not been previously published in any other outlet.
  • AI chatbots should not be included as authors.
  • More than 10% of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification for publication.

Types of Articles and Formatting

  • The preferred format for your manuscript is MS Word (.docx)
  • The preferred maximum length for : Abstract (250-300 words); Keywords (3-5 words);
    Articles (4000-5000 words); Essays (3000-4000 words); Case Note (1000-2000 words);
    Legislative Comment (1000-2000 words); Book Review (1000-2000 words)

Reference Style

  • Citations must strictly conform to the Bluebook Law Review (20th edition) style of footnoting.

Review Process

  • Nyaya Drishti, adheres to a rigorous double-blind reviewing policy, ensuring the anonymity of both the reviewer and author throughout the evaluation process.
  • Feedback from the review process may be furnished to the authors, offering invaluable insights that can aid in refining the paper prior to its publication.

Acceptance and Publication

  • The Editorial Team will maintain communication with author(s) regarding the progress of your scholarly work throughout the process.
  • Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author via e-mail, and any necessary corrections should be promptly addressed directly or brought to our attention.
  • Authors are urged to carefully review their proofs to verify accuracy of all author information, including names, affiliations and contact details.

Copyright

  • Author(s) will receive a copyright form upon acceptance of their contribution.
  • Submission will be considered final only upon receipt of the completed and signed copyright form.
  • If there are two authors, the corresponding author must sign the copyright form.
