Juscholars is a completely open-access law blog to reiterate the importance and multi-disciplinary approach of law. The blog is aimed to foster legal research by providing a platform to encourage the original and unpublished work of authors.

Juscholars welcomes blog submissions on a rolling basis on topics relating to law. 

Eligibility

Submissions are open to all who share an interest in legal writing. This includes students, academicians, lawyers, and other esteemed members of the legal fraternity.

Topic

The participants can select any topic related to Intellectual Property Rights.

Guidelines For Contributions

• Submissions must be in English.
• Authors can submit an unlimited number of articles.
• Accepted formats include articles, blogs, case summaries, legislative analyses, and more.
• Articles should be between 1000 to 2500 words in length.
• Co-authorship is permitted.
• Submissions must adhere to a uniform style of citation.

Submission Procedure

Selection Process for Article Submission

1. Submission: The author submits the article for review.
2. Review Period: The article will be reviewed for a duration of 5 days from the date of submission.
3. Notification: If the article is selected, it will be published within the next 2 days, and the author will be notified.
4. Rejection Notice: If you do not receive a reply within 8 days of submission, consider the article rejected.
5. Bulk Entries: Due to the high volume of submissions, only authors of selected articles will be contacted.
6. Non-withdrawal Policy: Once the article is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn.
