As Act to repeal the Madhya Pradesh Village Sanitation and Public Management Act, 1920
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
- Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Gram Swachhta Tatha Lok Prabandh Nirsan Adhiniyam, 1965.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
- Repeal.- The Madhya Pradesh Village Sanitation and Public Management Act, 1920 (No. 11 of 1920), is hereby repealed.
