An Act to amend the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952 in its application to the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the 32nd Year of the Republic of India as follows:
- Short title.- This Act may be called the Criminal Law Amendment (Madhya Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1981.
- Amendment of Section 7 of Act 46 of 1952.- In sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952 (46 of 1952), in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh, for the words "State Government" the words "High Court" shall be substituted.
