Received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on 16th December, 1986 and was published in the Haryana Gazette, (Extra.), Legislative Supplement, Part I, dated December 18, 1986/Aghrayana 27, 1908. An Act to repeal the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities Act, 1976. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities (Repeal) Act, 1986. 2. Repeal. - The Haryana Legislative Assembly Speaker's Pension and Medical Facilities Act, 1976 (Haryana Act No. 13 of 1976), is hereby repealed.
