पकड़े गए व्यक्ति का उन्मोचन-पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए गए किसी व्यक्ति का उन्मोचन उसी के बंधपत्र पर या जमानत पर या मजिस्ट्रेट के विशेष आदेश के अधीन ही किया जाएगा, अन्यथा नहीं ।
