An Act to repeal the Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Act, 1902.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Repeal Act, 2002.
Repeal of Act 1 of 1902. 2. Repeal of Act 1 of 1902.-The Imperial Library (Indentures Validation) Act, 1902 is hereby repealed.
