About the School of Law

School of law, CT University, Ludhiana was established in the year 2018 in the state of Punjab, with a vision to produce promising and credible law graduates with potential knowledge and skill. In such a short span SOL is known as one of the best law schools in Punjab.

Since its inception, the University has a tempted varied strategies to impart legal education and execute the curriculum in various diploma and degree programmes in law like B.A.,LL.B., B.Com, LL.B., BBA, LL.B.,LL.B., LL.M, Ph.D. in law.

About the Competition

Moot Court Competition is organised under the chair of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in his memory who served as Indian economist, jurist, social reformer and political leader who chaired the committee that drafted the Constitution of India based on the debates of the Constituent Assembly of India. Ambedkar served as Law and Justice minister in the first cabinet of Jawaharlal Nehru.

5th Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Nationwide Moot Court Competition (ofine) aims at providing a platform to law students to hone their mooting and articulation skills. The participants will be provided with interactive yet challenging courtroom experience for developing their critical as well as advocacy skills.

Eligibility

The Competition shall be open for ‘bonade’ students who are pursuing an integrated 5 Years or 3 Years Law or LL.M Program in India from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
