Mumbai-based K. Singhania & Co. and Jaipur-based Capstone Legal enters in strategic partnership

Mumbai-based K. Singhania & Co. and Jaipur-based Capstone Legal have entered into a strategic partnership for dispute resolution and transaction advisory services. Managing Partner of K. Singhania & Co., Mr. Krrishan Singhania will join Capstone Legal as an Of-Counsel while both Managing Partners of Capstone Legal - Ashish Kumar Singh and Vagish Kumar Singh will be joining K. Singhania & Co. as Of-Counsel.

K Singhania & Co. (formerly Singhania & Co., Advocates & Solicitors) is a boutique law firm having specialized knowledge and experience of more than 25 years. Capstone Legal is a 10-year-old law firm founded by NLS Bangalore alumni with offices in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Ahmedabad.

This partnership will help both firms expand their area of services for both domestic and international clients. It is important to note that the partnership will also help British companies in India as Mr. Ashish K Singh was called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister in 2021; while Mr. Singania has a long international experience of working with companies established in the U.K.
