CAM welcomes Rishiraj Prasad Bhatt as a Partner in its Real Estate Practice

Mr. Rishiraj Prasad Bhatt is joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its Real Estate Practice. He will be based out of Mumbai office.

Rishiraj has over 17 years of experience in advising corporates, developers, investors and HNIs in a wide range of real estate transactions including in relation to complex acquisition, sale, assignment, leasing, sub-leasing and licensing of non-agricultural and agricultural land parcels, factories, malls, commercial and Information Technology Park spaces/ buildings, Data Centres and high value residential premises, development/ redevelopment of buildings, mortgaging of land parcels and premises and RERA compliances.

On his joining, Mr. Cyril Shroff, said that “I am delighted to welcome Rishiraj on board. He is a valuable addition to the practice and the Firm. I am looking forward to working with him.

Rishiraj obtained his degree in law from ILS Law College, Pune University, in 2005

Taking over his role, Rishiraj said, “I am very excited with this opportunity to be a part of and grow the Real Estate Practice for CAM.
