The INDIAN INSTITUTE OF LEGAL STUDIES, Siliguri is pleased to announce National Seminar on “Right to Freedom of Speech & Expression under National & International Laws” in collaboration with The INDIAN SOCIETY OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, New Delhi on 27th April 2019.

We invite Research Papers & Articles from Students, Academicians, Advocates, Research Scholars & all members of the intellectual community for participation in the National Seminar.

The theme is broad in nature; hence, the participants may take up any Topic/Trend/Issue/Development covered under the purview of the theme.

Registration Details

• There is no registration charge.
• The participant(s) have to send their registration form along with the full paper.

Important Dates

• Submission of Abstract with Full Paper: 17th April 2019.
• Intimation of selected papers for presentation: 20th April 2019.
• Seminar Date: 27th April 2019 (Saturday).
