About the Journal:
The International Journal of Justice (IJJ), having ISSN No.: 2583-5475 (O) provides a forum for a diverse legal scholarship authored by legal scholars, academicians, practitioners, and law students. IJJ intends to serve as the premier law publication focus on law and justice issues. The Journal aspires to publish content that sets the cutting edge of both international and national issues, exploring novel arguments, problems, and solutions to advance justice in the world. The IJJ is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal.
After the success of the past editions, the International Journal of Justice is coming out with the 1st Issue of Volume 4.

Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) is an arbitration, mediation, and conciliation dispute resolution institution. IDRC is also registered with NITI Aayog and empanelled with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India. It was inaugurated by Justice A.K. Sikri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India. The IDRC provides a unique blend of offline and online ADR platforms and has indigenously developed e-ADR software.

Eligibility Criteria:
Authors may be Legal Scholars, Academicians, Legal Practitioners or Law Students.
Categories for submission of Papers:
For Single Author: ₹500
*For two or more co-authors, the charges shall be ₹1000
Certificates
A ‘Certificate of Publication’ will be issued to all the authors whose submissions are selected for publication. Apart from the Certificate of Publication, certain shortlisted authors may be issued a ‘Certificate of Merit’ for their exceptional submissions.

For the body of the Manuscript:

Alignment : Justified
For Footnotes:

Footnoting: For all the categories of submissions, proper footnotes and citations are mandatory. Submissions should not contain any hyperlinks.

Submit your paper via email to submissions@theijj.com with the subject “Submission of (mention the category) for the IJJ (Issue 1 Vol. 4)” in Word format with a Cover Letter with your brief Introduction.
