In a recent major development in Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, the firm has lifted 10 of its Salaried Partners into Equity:

- Veena Sivaramakrishnan (Nalsar Hyderabad; Banking & Finance),
- Anoop Rawat (Delhi University, CLC; Insolvency),
- Harman Singh Sandhu (MD University; LLM King’s College; Competition),
- Anuj Berry (NUJS Kolkata; LLM University of Oxford; Disputes),
- Rishab Gupta (London School of Economics; Disputes),
- Nikhil Naredi (NLSIU Bangalore; Capital Markets), and
- VR Neelkanthan (NLSIU Bangalore; Projects).
Two of the Firm’s Principal Associates have been promoted to Salaried Partner namely:
*Ashish Teni (NLIU Bhopal; Insurance), and
*Pavit Singh Katoch (ULC Bangalore; LLM Queen Mary London; Disputes).
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas now has 119 Partners.
The information came out with a Press Release from Shardul Amarchand about the Equity Promotions, unlike at Cyril Amarchand, where the equity promotions weren't formally announced externally.
