The High Court of Tripura has scheduled National Lok Adalat in the High Court premises on Saturday the 9th day of September, 2023 from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM.
The High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Tripura, in exercise of the powers conferred under Regulation 6(b) of the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalats) Regulations, 2009, hereby constitutes the Bench of the National Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 09.09.2023 to exercise jurisdiction under section 19(5) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 to determine and to arrive at a compromise or settlement between the parties to cases pending before the Hon’ble High Court and referred to the aforesaid National Lok Adalat.
Court of the aforesaid National Lok Adalat shall comprise of: –

(1) Sri Parimal Mahajan Member/Conciliator
(2) Sri Kripankar Chakraborty Member/Conciliator
The Lok Adalat shall hold its sitting on 09.09.2023 in the High Court of Tripura, Agartala from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM.
