The Sikkim High Court has conferred designation of “Senior Advocate” to 4 advocates in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 16 of the Advocates Act, 1961 read with Rule 4 of the High Court of Sikkim (Designation of Senior Advocate) Rules, 2019.
The notification issued by the Sikkim High Court notifies that “In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 16 of the Advocates Act, 1961 read with Rule 4 of the High Court of Sikkim (Designation of Senior Advocate) Rules, 2019, the High Court of Sikkim has been pleased to designate the following Advocates as Senior Advocates.”
The names of the advocates are as follows:
1. Mr. Sujay Singh Hamal
2. Mr. Sudipto Mazumdar
3. Mrs. Doma T. Bhutia
4. Mr. Jorgay Namka
