Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised KYB Corporation ("KYB") in relation to transferring its 51% shareholding in its joint venture entity, KYB Conmat Private Limited (“KCPL”), to Conmat Projects Private Limited (“CPPL”) (affiliate of joint venture partner, Mr. Prem Raj Keshyep (“PRK”)) through a share purchase and closed on 6 January 2025. 

In conjunction with this transaction, KYB and KCPL have entered into a license agreement, enabling the licensing of certain intellectual property by KYB to KCPL.
