The Supreme Court Collegium has proposed the transfer of Justice Shekhar B Saraf, Judge, High Court at Calcutta, to the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, for better administration of justice.
Justice Shekhar B Saraf was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court at Calcutta on September 21, 2017. He was appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 16.09.2019.
