The Central Government of India has cleared the appointment of one judicial officer as judge of the Jharkhand High Court.
The notification issued by Law Ministry has notified that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Arun Kumar Rai, to be a Judge of the Jharkhand High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
