If NLAT 2020 main exam invited criticism over technical glitches and failures, the re-test has now invited controversy with reports coming in that the paper has been leaked.
It has been claimed by one Media agency that it received a copy of the paper at around 1:00 PM on Monday, while NLAT re-test was still underway.
On being interacting with students, it has been discovered that the copy is one they were tested on for the exam.
The exam was scheduled for 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM today.
The paper was reportedly doing the rounds on Social Media platforms during the re-test.
NLSIU, Bangalore is yet to respond on the matter but with this blow, critics surely be questioning the competancy of the institution.
NLAT 2020 was held on Saturday. A significient number of students though reported technical difficulties subjected to verification, face recognition, and login issues etc.
With complaints surgung in. subsequently, the University decided to hold a re-test for those candidates who had raised queries regarding such technical difficulties which was scheduled for today.
