The President of India has assented to the appointment Justice Nitin Madhukar Jamdar, Judge of Bombay High Court as Chief Justice of Kerala High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Nitin Madhukar Jamdar, Judge of the Bombay High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
