The list of legislative business of Lok Sabha on 27th July 2023 has been released. The list of Bills to be introduced and for consideration and passing are as under:
1- Bill to be introduced-
The Offshore Areas Mineral (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2023 –
SHRI PRALHAD JOSHI to move for leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Offshore Areas Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 2002
2- Bill for consideration and passing-
The Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2023-
SHRI PIYUSH GOYAL to move that the Bill to amend certain enactments for decriminalising and rationalising offences to further enhance trust-based governance for ease of living and doing business, as reported by the Joint Committee, be taken into consideration.
