Police accepted that it appears the duo was chatting in a state of inebriation.
Two people were arrested on Monday after a WhatsApp exchange on a plan to kill the seemingly intoxicated Minister of Defense Nirmala Sitharaman, police said.

It's about whether the duo had a criminal record or possessed weapons and ammunition, said Rajguru. The WhatsApp group administrator's credentials are also examined, the SP said.
Although the investigation is still under investigation, it seems that the duo was drunk, according to the SP. The defense minister traveled to Dharchula city on Monday to inaugurate a mega medical camp on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His birthday is celebrated as "Seva Diwas".
