The Central Government of India has assented for the appointment of Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, Judge of the Delhi High Court as Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, Judge, Delhi High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
