Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as the legal counsel to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund, in its acquisition of two operational road assets from CDS Infra Projects Limited (CDS) for INR 1500 crore. The two road assets, developed under the National Highway Authority of India’s Hybrid Annuity Model, are located in Haryana and Punjab and form part of the 669 km Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway. As part of the transaction, CDS and Neo entered into Securities Purchase Agreements for the acquisition of the entire share capital of the two road assets.
