Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as the legal counsel to Logicap and Ecobox, backed by Rava Partners and Alta Capital, in their acquisition of four fully leased logistics assets from Indospace for approximately INR 1200 crore. The assets, located in Ranjangaon (Pune) and Sri City (Chennai), span a total area of 3.6 million sq. ft. The transaction involved a composite structure for the acquisition of the assets, which are operational and fully leased.
As part of the transaction, the parties executed definitive agreements on 25th September 2024 and 16th January 2025, and successfully closed the deal on 6th November 2024 and 7th March 2025.
