Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Gentari Renewables India Pte. Ltd. (a Petronas Group Company) (Gentari) in connection with acquisition of 1.6 GW renewable energy portfolio of Brookfield Asset Management in India. The transaction is structured in two phases, with the first phase, involving the sale of 1 GW of operating assets, which has been completed.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as counsel to Gentari on all legal aspects in relation to the due diligence and the investment.
