The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 1 st February, 2022 has, on reconsideration, resolved to reiterate its earlier recommendation for elevation of the following two Advocates as Judges in the Patna High Court:
1. Shri Khatim Reza, and
2. Dr. Anshuman Pandey
The Supreme Court Collegium also approved the proposal for elevation of Shri Rajiv Roy, Advocate, as Judge in the Patna High Court.
There are 27 posts lying vacant in the High Court.
