Chief Justice (CJI) Justice NV Ramana will deliver the Convocation address at NALSAR University of law here on Sunday evening.
The 18th convocation of the varsity will be presided over by Telangana High Court Chief Justice and Chancellor of the University, Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, while Telangana Minister for Law A Indrakaran Reddy will be the Guest of Honour, the University said in a statement here. The Dignitaries will be inaugurating three new buildings girls and boys hostel blocks and new dining hall - on the NALSAR campus, just before the Convocation programme.
University Vice-Chancellor Prof Faizan Mustafa will present the report about the University's recent activities and accomplishments and Registrar Prof V Balakista Reddy will lead the convocation procession.
A total of 1204 Graduates will be awarded with various Degrees and Diplomas on this occasion, out of which, 194 Graduates will be taking their Degrees and Diplomas in person. A total of 104 Gold Medals will be awarded to the recipients from the 2020 and 2021 batches. A few scholarly Journals and Newsletters will also be released on the occasion. Several other serving and retired Judges will also participate in the convocation ceremony.
